½ cup Cauliflower | |
½ cup Fresh Peas | |
½ cup Green Capsicum Chopped | |

½ cup Carrot Chopped | |
½ tsp Turmeric Powder | |
1 Green Chilli chopped | |
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste | |
2 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch | |
2 tsp Salt | |
2tsp Lemon Juice | |
50 g Butter Salted | |
2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala |
Garnish
½ cup Coriander Leaves Chopped | |
1 Onion Chopped |
Directions

Pre-Cook
Chop 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, ½ cup cauliflower, and ½ cup peas and put them in pressure cooker with ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt. Pour water in it till vegetables are almost submerged.
Close the lid and boil the vegetables till 2 whistles. Turn off the stove and keep the cooker closed to let them cool down slowly.

Cooking
Put Kadhai on medium flame. Add 2 tbsp Oil, 30 gm butter, and let it heat up. Add chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste and stir well. Add 4 chopped tomatoes, ½ cup chopped capsicum, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch and mix well. Let it cook for 10 mins.
Add 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala and mix well. Now open up the pressure cooker and pour all the boiled vegetables in the mixture. Mash it well using a tool directly in the kadhai. Close the lid and let it cook for 5 more mins.

Garnish
After 5 mins, open up the lid and add 1 tsp lemon juice and 20gm butter and mix it well.
Garnish it with chopped coriander. Server it hot with chopped onions and lemon slice on the side.
