Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is a type of salad strictly consists of vegetables rich in fibers. Its raw nature preserves the fibers to help in digestion as well as keeps the intestines healthy. Sometimes its a tossed mixture of chopped vegetables, well seasoned.
Sometimes its a single vegetable sliced alongside food (mainly tomatoes, onions, or carrots). Some people like to dress it, some decorates the salad bowl with vegetables to create a beautiful art, some just like to eat it with spoon caring very little about looks and all about nutrients.
