House Cafe Jaipur | Toto’s House Cafe | Tadka Review

Its evening and cravings are settling in. So what do you do? You want a sandwich. And not just any sandwich, a delicious cheese corn sandwich from a lovely house cafe. That’s right, one serving of this sandwich will sure to keep your cravings at peace for hours.

Today we got a chance to explore the lovely house cafe called Toto’s House Cafe. Its open all day but the ambiance at night is breathtaking. We were hungry and were in the mood for a sandwich with coffee on the side. Following are the few things we ordered.

Cheese Corn Sandwich

Like always the menu was the difficult part. It had so many options that choosing only one was impossible.

Cheese corn sandwich stood out the most. Once the order arrived, it was a delight to the eyes. Everything about the sandwich was asking to be eaten. Needless to say it was delicious.

Filled with cheese and corn to the brim, it had all the spices in perfect combination to get your mouth watering.

Sliced in 4 quarters, it was big enough to fill a person’s belly with cold coffee on the side. Eaten with ketchup or raw, it sure is to flavour our mouth.

White Sauce Pasta

Clearly we couldn’t have just one item, so we decided to order a white sauce pasta which is my wife’s favorite.

Not much to say about it as my wife describes it perfectly as “yummy”.

She is a fan and knows her pasta well. She immediately started eating it as soon as it arrived, without waiting for other items.

Pasta, white sauce on top, grated cheese, sprinkled seasoning, olives for garnish, it was a treat. Deliciously sophisticated.

Toto’s white sauce pasta was good and can be eaten without anything on the side. Lovely to eyes and watering to mouth is a beautiful combination

Nachos Platter

Our all time favorite. No matter the occasion, breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is always time for nachos.

Its just one of the things that are so simple to create and execute. Quick recipe, vegetables and cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise, and nachos. Its basically a delicious combination of chips and vegetables with added seasoning.

A sauce on the side? yes please. Nachos platter is such a lovely snack. And from Toto’s cafe, it was just as delicious.

I won’t say that it is the best nachos platter that I’ve tasted, but it certainly is towards good side. It was quickly prepared and was the first dish we received after the order.

Cold Coffee

This is it friends. The ultimate guilty pleasure of mine during any meal/snack outside. A glass full of cold coffee.

No matter what the occasion, no matter what the weather, just like nachos there is always time for cold coffee. Its coffee, its cold and its delicious.

Toto’s has one of the delicious, if not the best, cold coffee to offer. There could be many varieties of cold coffees but nothing beats the classic simple cold coffee.

It is bitter-sweet in taste. Provides you caffeine boost. But most importantly it can sip down whatever meal/snack we are having. No need to even think twice. Its hard to go wrong with cold coffee on the side. Even if you aren’t eating any meal, a cold coffee will always be something to drink on the go.

Conclusion

Toto’s cafe is a lovely place to visit. Their ambiance is so chill. Only downside is that since its a house cafe, the orders take slightly longer than any big franchise cafe, but it makes up in the food quality. Everything is home cooked. If you don’t mind waiting a tiny bit longer than usual, then this place has delicious food to offer.
