2 medium sized Potatoes
1 medium sized Tomato
1 medium sized Onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Dry spices
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Directions

In a cooker add 2 tbsp of oil or ghee. Let it heat up and add cumin seeds and diced onion and fry them on medium heat until onions are golden brown. then add ginger garlic paste and let it fry for a min.

Add chopped tomato, salt, red chili, turmeric, and coriander powder and mix them well. Add chopped potatoes right away and mix them well. Add half a glass of water and close the lid. Let it cook on medium heat for at least 3 whistles.

After 3rd whistle, turn off the stove and let it cool for 5 mins. Once the pressure is settled, open the lid and serve hot with chapati or roti.
