Lemonade or Nimbupaani or Shikanji needs no introduction. This beverage has been popular in the world for centuries. Every place that has access to lemons has its own way of making this wonderful drink. Its fast, easy and very refreshing to say the least. Best part of it all, It is enjoyed by people of all ages.
There are many ways to make this drink at home, but here we will show you how to make the best lemonade ever!

2 Medium Sized Lemons | |
8 tsp Sugar | |
1 L Water At room temperature | |
½ tsp Pink salt aka sendha namak |
Optional
¼ tsp Black pepper powder | |
¼ tsp Chaat Masala | |
¼ tsp Roasted cumin powder | |
Mint leaves for aroma | |
250 ml Soda |
Directions

Classic
Fill the jar with 1L of water and squeeze 2 full lemons (medium sized). Add 8 tsp full of sugar, ½ tsp of pink salt and stir well.
Add ice in the mix and serve cold. Add mint leaves to garnish

Tangy
You may add optional ingredients to give it a tangy taste. It'll be just as flavourful.
To give it a punch, reduce water amount from 1L to 750ml and add 250ml soda.
