Vegetable Salad

Vegetable Salad is a type of salad strictly consists of vegetables rich in fibers. Its raw nature preserves the fibers to help in digestion as well as keeps the intestines healthy. Sometimes its a tossed mixture of chopped vegetables, well seasoned.

Sometimes its a single vegetable sliced alongside food (mainly tomatoes, onions, or carrots). Some people like to dress it, some decorates the salad bowl with vegetables to create a beautiful art, some just like to eat it with spoon caring very little about looks and all about nutrients.

The best part about it is that there is no “perfect” way of having a vegetable salad. Make it to your heart’s desire. You may argue which vegetable belongs in salad and which not but its all up to the the person having it.
